still haven't sold the house..

We still haven't sold the house... the market is what it is. We are in it for the long haul. It's a buyers market so everyone is looking at all of their options. We are getting 2-3 showings a week lately. We have an open house scheduled for Sunday so that should get us some more traffic this weekend..

also we can't seem to locate our camera, so that is why I haven't posted any pics recently...

long time no post

We had some really great pictures to upload to the blog, but they got deleted from the camera..

so you will have to imgaine our trip to Kemah, Galveston and NASA.. :-)
I guess we will have to go again to get some more pictures..
I do have some on the camera that I will upload very soon...

update on the house:
all is going well, we have a new agent. Our agent's husband got transferred out the country so we were handed over to a new agent. His is doing a great job. Even with the real estate market as it is we hope to sell very soon. We have one lady that is just trying to get the $10,000 grant that our broker is offering on the house and then we should get an offer soon. She is relocating to Houston, from what we know.
We have been looking at other homes but we are not making any offers until we get our house sold.

I hope that you are all doing great!!
